How It Works

If you purchase a domain on AutumnFrog.com and are unhappy with it for any reason, simply email us at sales@autumnfrog.com within 30 days of purchase. We will arrange the return of the domain and issue a full refund to your original payment method. No lengthy explanations required.

Eligibility & Conditions

Buy Now purchases

The guarantee applies to all outright Buy Now purchases made on AutumnFrog.com, paid via Stripe or Escrow.com.

Within 30 days of purchase

Your refund request must be received within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.

Domain kept at current registrar

To be eligible, the domain must remain with the registrar it was transferred to at the time of purchase. Initiating an outbound transfer to a different registrar locks the domain for 60 days and renders it ineligible for return.

One return per calendar year

Each customer may make one return under this policy per calendar year.

Lease-to-own plans are not eligible

Monthly lease-to-own payments are non-refundable once processed. This guarantee applies to outright Buy Now purchases only.

Domains used in a harmful manner

If the domain has been used for spam, adult content, phishing, or any activity that damages the value or reputation of the domain, the return will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Email sales@autumnfrog.com with your order reference and the domain name.

We will confirm eligibility and send you return instructions, typically within one business day.

Return the domain to our registrar account as instructed. Do not initiate a transfer to a third-party registrar.

Once we confirm the domain has been returned and control restored, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Important: do not transfer the domain away

Transferring a domain to another registrar after purchase triggers a 60-day transfer lock under ICANN rules. A locked domain cannot be returned. If you wish to keep the option to return, do not initiate an outbound transfer during the 30-day window.
