1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AutumnFrog website located at autumnfrog.com (“Site”) and the purchase or lease of domain names offered through the Site (“Services”). By using the Site or purchasing any domain, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

AutumnFrog (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated as a personal domain marketplace. Enquiries: sales@autumnfrog.com.

2. Domain Purchases (Buy Now)

When you purchase a domain outright via the “Buy Now” option:

Payment is processed in full at the time of purchase via Stripe.
Upon successful payment confirmation, we will initiate the domain transfer to your specified registrar account within 24 hours.
You are responsible for providing accurate registrar/transfer details.
All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to complete the transfer within 14 days of payment.
All prices are in USD. VAT may apply for UK and EU buyers under applicable law.

3. Lease-to-Own Agreements

Our lease-to-own programme allows you to pay for a domain in monthly instalments. The following terms apply:

Lease terms are available for 6, 12, or 18 months. Monthly payments are fixed for the chosen term.
Payments are processed automatically each month via Stripe Billing.
During the lease period, you have full rights to use the domain. It will be registered and pointed as agreed.
Full ownership (transfer to your registrar) is completed only once all scheduled payments have been successfully processed.
If any payment fails after Stripe's automatic retry attempts, we reserve the right to suspend domain access until arrears are resolved.
Longer lease terms carry a risk premium applied to the monthly rate (15% for 12 months; 25% for 18 months).

3.1 Cancellation of Lease

You may cancel your lease subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation:

All payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
The domain will revert to AutumnFrog's control at the end of the current billing period.
There is no early cancellation penalty beyond forfeiture of the domain.

4. Offers

Submitting an offer via the Make an Offer form is free and creates no legal obligation on either party. Offers are reviewed at our discretion. We reserve the right to reject any offer without reason. Acceptance of an offer will be confirmed in writing by email, at which point a binding sale agreement is formed.

5. Refund Policy

Buy Now: Refunds are only available if the domain transfer cannot be completed within 14 days.
Lease-to-Own: Individual monthly payments are non-refundable once processed.
In the event of a dispute, please contact sales@autumnfrog.com in the first instance.

6. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your card details. All transactions are encrypted via TLS. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon completed purchase or completion of a lease-to-own agreement, you will own the domain name. We make no claim to any content, trademarks, or intellectual property you develop using that domain.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutumnFrog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant domain.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
